Basic site structure
Checks HTTPS, the main heading, the page description and whether the raw HTML holds enough text.
— Free tool —
Type in your address and we will run one check. Performance and technical scores come from Google PageSpeed Insights, plus eight checks specifically about whether AI can read you.
Free, no sign-up, no email. Do whatever you like with the result — and if you never run it, we still will not know who you are.

Readable business information
We can improve your existing site, or build a new AI-friendly one.
This does not change your website, and does not affect the check above.
One address, twelve results. Each item is reported individually.
Read directly from PageSpeed Insights, not calculated by us.
if the site loads too slowly, an AI crawler may leave before the content is fully there — especially text that arrives via JavaScript.
correct heading levels, image descriptions, form labels and semantic structure are also important clues for machines reading the page.
site security, stable code and browser compatibility affect whether an AI agent can reliably open and operate your page.
clear titles, page descriptions and link structure help search engines and AI work out what this page is about and how it relates to the others.
Each check passes or fails; unavailable results are shown separately. No weighting.
Move the site to https://
Without HTTPS, Chrome marks the site as not secure in the address bar, and search engines mark it down too.
Add structured data (JSON-LD)
This is the only way of saying it that a machine does not have to guess at: your name, your district, your industry, your opening hours, all written in a format machines read exactly. Without it, AI has to infer all of that from your page text — and if it infers wrong, you have no recourse.
Give every page one main heading (h1)
The main heading is the first clue a machine uses to decide what a page is about. Without one it has to guess from the whole page.
Make sure there is readable text in the raw HTML
Many sites only show their text after JavaScript runs. Most AI crawlers do not wait — what they see is an empty shell. This number is what they actually read.
Add a page description (meta description)
The description is the line search results and AI summaries most often lift verbatim.
Put business details on the page (address, phone, opening hours)
When AI answers “which one is in this district, when does it open, how do I contact them”, this is what it leans on. Two out of three is enough — a company with no shopfront does not have to invent an address.
Let AI crawlers back in via robots.txt
Blocking is the same as telling AI to stay out. Plenty of sites were set that way by default when they were built, without the owner knowing.
Add an llms.txt (AI guide)
llms.txt is an AI content guide: a concise introduction to a website with links to important information, helping tools that read it find relevant content. This check tests whether the file is available at the site root. Its presence does not mean every AI uses it, or that the content has been cited or recommended.
An open method, not a hidden formula.
Counting example only — not a website result
This check reflects a site’s technical and content structure only.
Whether AI cites you depends on factors we do not control.
It says nothing about company size, service quality or performance.

Free, no sign-up, no email. Type the address, press the button, read the result. That is all of it.
During the check, your address is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to get the technical data — without that step there are no four scores. Beyond that, Haoflow AI itself does not record your address, does not build any file from it, and will not send you marketing because you used this tool. The only thing we add is an anonymous counter: “how many checks in total” and “how many of them had or lacked a given item” — for example “200 checks, 148 of them with no structured data”. Those numbers carry no time, no order, no IP, no browser details, nothing that points back to you; they are what any industry report we publish later would be built from. Below 30 samples we publish no percentage at all — saying “67%” off three samples is really talking about two specific sites.
Performance, SEO, accessibility and best practices come straight from Google PageSpeed Insights — the tool at pagespeed.web.dev. You can take the same address there and run it yourself; because test time and network conditions differ, the score may move a little. We do not compute a score of our own.
Those eight are ours; PageSpeed does not check them. They are: structured data (your company details written in a format machines read exactly), whether robots.txt blocks AI crawlers, whether the raw HTML holds enough text (many sites only show text after JavaScript runs, and AI crawlers do not wait), a main heading, a page description, business details on the page, an AI guide, and HTTPS.
Because Google has to actually load your site once on a simulated phone before it can compute the performance score. It usually takes tens of seconds; if Google is busy, the system retries automatically up to three times, so there is no need to press the button again.
No, and nobody can promise that. This check measures whether you can be read, not whether you will be cited. Being readable is the precondition, not the guarantee. Anyone who tells you “do this and AI will definitely recommend you” is talking nonsense.
No. Haoflow AI cannot change your website — we do not touch a character of it. A free listing adds a merchant page on haoflowai.com. The professional profile goes further by organising sources, questions and structured data, and can include an installation pack for you or your existing web company. Neither option silently changes your original site.
Because “can AI read you” and “is your website fast” are two different questions. Even with a low-scoring site — or no site at all — as long as one public, structured page of your company details exists where AI can read it, AI has something to cite. That page is the one we create for you, free.
Instagram is hard for AI to read: it is mostly images and video, and it asks for a login. The practical move is to put one page of your official merchant details on a public site AI can read, and point from there to your Instagram. A free Haoflow AI listing is exactly that page.
No — they are two separate things. This tool checks your website on the spot; it does not change the AI Optimisation Score on your merchant page and does not record what you checked. Listings are scored automatically every day at 3am Hong Kong time, but that score is diagnostic and does not affect position. You can press “Check now” in your dashboard if you want the result immediately.
